HEMA has developed tools to help you and your clients navigate the new health insurance marketplace in 2017. We will help you educate, enroll and service your new EBP clients. Our Broker Registration page will set your Broker Account which will allow us to establish you as a broker partner with HEMA or to work with us on a referral basis.

Essential Benefit Plans and Brokers
Under the ACA, brokers are designated as “producers”with HHS and state certification and can be compensated by insurance companies for enrollment and servicing of policies issued through the federal marketplace (FFM) or outside the FFM .
Our tools allow for enrollment of individuals into the plans offered through the FFM marketplace. This process will include a premium tax credit and cost sharing subsidy verification.
We have contracted with several major private exchanges that will be excellent options for many individuals.
As you can see, We offer dental, vision, and critical illness to individuals as well as group voluntary accident, disability, life, dental and critical illness plans for worksite cases.
Our Staff is your Support
We have trained staff to support your participation in our health plan information and enrollment portal. We will work with you on an active or referral basis.
Sales Tools and Field Assistance for health apps:
Broker Assisted Enrollment – Once you have logged into the site, the insurance applications you complete with your client in person or over the phone will trigger a commission profile for this transaction. (PARTNER BROKERS)
Broker Referral to Staff – You may also refer individuals to our site. To ensure that a commission profile is generated for this transaction, you must notify our office an incoming or outgoing referral.
Worksite Cases – Employers opting to allow group counseling, and enrollment services for employees eligible for premium subsidies and/or cost sharing subsidies are going to be a major focus for our firm. We will set up and enroll these cases for you and include an extended package of ancillary plans to fill gaps where employees want to enhance their health plan purchases
