Started working with Medicare in 2004 at the Ohio Department of Insurance, in the Fraud and Enforcement Department. With a very strong base in Medicare compliance issues, Aetna Medicare hired Terri in 2006 as a Broker Sales Manager. In this role, Terri trained agents to market senior products; making sure that each agent was knowledgeable of the rules and regulations established by Centers for Medicare and Medicaid (CMS).
Terri worked with each agent independently so that he or she would understand product and how to market it successfully, not just reading them the schedule of benefits! Agents were confident in selling with her guidance, which led to over 6 thousand policies sold in one AEP season in her assigned Aetna territory. We are very excited to welcome Terri to NUB!
